Because of the IB community in San Diego, funky socks have changed lives!
Conference Totals: 12 legs provided and 960 pairs of socks donated locally
We Help Two is ready to partner with IB schools this fall to continue making twice the difference. Their mission is to make service-learning and fundraising something that is both easy to run and highly impactful. To this end, they will send a box of socks to every IB school that would like to participate at NO UPFRONT COST! That means schools will only have to pay for the inventory sold. Leftover packs are sent back and schools will be invoiced for what was sold.

Here are the first two lives that have been changed forever
Christopher (Kenya)
Christopher lost his leg when the tire pressure unit that he was using exploded. Unable to afford a leg Christopher has relied on crutches for the past 3 years to get anywhere.
He arrived at the clinic depressed, with little hope of ever walking again and weighed down by the reality of living a very difficult life.
All of that changed once he was fit with his new leg free of charge. When asked how he felt about not having to rely on crutches anymore, Christopher busted a move with his new leg.
